The Ukulele for all group meets to play ukulele, generally while accompanying our singing. The group meets fortnightly. Of course, we also have a laugh and a blether in between the songs.
In 2022-23, we continued to grow our repertoire including a range of different types of song. We took variation as our theme, tackling new chords and techniques, and learning to play tunes as well as strum. We have learned different ways to play song accompaniments. Most importantly, we had fun and enjoyed making music together.
As we did in 2023, we held a concert in Letham St Marks in April 2024, in cooperation with the Semi-Tones Music group.
