The group had an enjoyable and successful session in the hall of the Perth Bowling Club. The premises are light, airy and spacious; a great improvement on the various community centres and church halls that we have previously used. Our instructor has made full use of the allocated time available, giving us the feeling of a worth-while work-out on each occasion. As he points out, Tai Chi is excellent practice for maintaining our mental and physical well-being.
The group also enjoyed a successful social dimension, with members heading for one of the nearby cafés after each meeting; we also enjoyed a Christmas lunch at Perth College which was well attended.
