Aims and Objectives of the group:
To try a little of each type of needle work; canvas, hardager, surface embroidery, black work, felt work, stump etc. All leading to starting a personal project.

Any expertise needed: None.

Equipment needed (rough costs if any): Basic sewing equipment.

Maximum number permitted in the group: 10

Location, day and time of meetings:
St Mary's Church, West Street, 2nd Thursday of the month, 2:15pm

A brief description of a typical meeting:
The meeting starts with the leader giving a demonstration and instructions on a particular type of stitchcraft. Materials are provided for each member of the group to attempt that style of work while the leader assists when needed.
This is followed by members’ personal project
