Aims and Objectives of the group:
To explore the different forms of art and to obtain an understanding of the background of the artists.
Any expertise needed:
Just keen to learn and understand art.
Equipment needed (rough costs if any): None.
Maximum number permitted in the group: 14
Location, day and time of meetings:
Leader’s home, 4th Monday of each month 2-00pm till 4pm
A brief description of a typical meeting:
Most meetings will include a visual PowerPoint presentation and discussion of the various paintings.
Group members are encouraged to get involved with making up their own presentations (but this is not obligatory)
Meetings usually comprise as a picture orientated PowerPoint presentation with discussion of the subject and may be followed with a DVD if appropriate to the subject being presented
