Well it's that time of year again when the bowling group meets for the start of this year’s weekly meetings. Battle will commence (interrupted by much laughter, banter and a mid-morning coffee and biscuits refreshment break) on Friday 5th April at 10.00am. The group meet each week until October at the Elks Biscuits Bowing Green and Social Club which is located next to the Scout Hut on off Sunnyside Road, Uttoxeter, ST14 7LU from 10-12.00 weather permitting and all are welcome to come along and try this gentle but intriguing “sport” for good company and a little light exercise.
Newcomers will always be made to feel welcome and the Group has spare sets of bowls for you to try out with.
