Table Tennis is acknowledged as a great way to maintain wellbeing and agility. Its benefits are well documented as low impact sport for healthy living.
The origins of ping pong can be traced back to the late 1800s in England. The game was known as "whiff-whaff" and was played with simple equipment, including a lightweight celluloid ball and crude paddles made from cork and parchment.
New Year resolution or just an old resolution rekindled? Come and have a go.
New players are always welcome. All abilities are catered for and the group is always caring social and friendly.
