Friday Exercise for All session at the Heath Community Centre now starts at 9.45a.m. - we have quite a few new members who have taken to the class well. We know that exercise is so good for us, but so are all the friendships made and the laughter shared.
Any new members are welcome to a free taster session to try Exercise for All. If you are not already out and about on a Friday, come and join us. There will be some new moves over the winter months, to act as 'winter warmers'. Don't hibernate at home and feel all stiff and tired, join our class for stretching, muscle toning and flexibility, leaving you feeing energised. We have fun and laughter whilst we work and the hour flies by. Come along as a 'newbie' and you will fit right in.
