- also First Aid Workshop - We are holding a First Aid Workshop for our u3a members on Friday 24th May, to be led by a member of the Red Cross. Start time: 9.45 am, lasting approx. 1 ½ hours Venue: Wilfred House, Uttoxeter. No charge. If you would like to attend, please email Jenny Lingham (Secretary, Uttoxeter u3a) to book your place. Places are limited and bookings will be taken on a first come, first served basis.

Beat it
Interest has swelled for BEAT IT, aerobic exercise to the beat of the music. This will be a fast to reasonable pace and you will need to be fairly fit to complete an hour. I will be in contact later in the New Year to those who have expressed their
