We meet at Wilfred House on Mondays at 10.00. New members always welcome. We perform a range of stretches, resistance and tai chi all of which help us to stay supple and help with our balance and muscle tone. This is not aerobic but exercise that anybody can do.
Bring your resistance bands (if you have one) and a bottle of water. Wear loose clothing and flat comfortable footwear that gives you grip.
Usual fee of £2 per session.
