Psychology
The Psychology Group meets on the third Tuesday in every month from 10-12 o’clock. We are following a national u3a course called Practical Psychology for Relationships (10 units). The course is designed ‘to provide an understanding of relationship psychology and opportunities to practice some psychological techniques for relationship enrichment.’ We also invite external guests who have input into local and national schemes and projects relating to psychological help and understanding of various mental health issues.
