Monthly Writing
The group meets on the third Friday every month from 10am to noon.
Do you enjoy writing? Our creative writing group (known as The Monthly Writing Group) meets every month. It's a great way to exercise the brain and good fun too! All levels of experience are welcome and it is true to say that each one of us acknowledges that since joining the group our writing has improved.
The remit is to write a short story each month on a given topic. This itself is very interesting as seldom do any of our short stories turn out to be similar. Having written our story we then mail it to all members a week before the monthly meeting which is held in one of our member's houses (tea and biscuits provided). At the meeting, we all receive constructive feedback from each other.
