DRAMA WORKSHOP GROUP
Have you ever wondered whether you could act? Are you up for something different? Are you up for some fun?
We have recently made contact with Mark Jones, the Artistic Director at Chorley Theatre. He regularly runs very successful drama workshop groups for adults and he is now offering the same to us.
This is not about putting on plays. This will be trying out some gentle drama activities in a friendly, non-threatening environment. A bit of improvisation, script writing, games etc. - with no pressure but no doubt lots of laughs. Mark is a lovely guy and he is really good at what he does.
Sessions will be an hour and a half in Mawdesley Village Hall (or on occasion in the theatre itself) and the cost will be £12 a session to cover his time and the cost of the hall. He is able to run more than one group if there is the demand but the first group will be on Tuesdays 1pm - 2.30pm. There will be fifteen places in the group. We will take names for a waiting list once those places are filled.
