We are looking for new members to join our Circle Dancing group. Circle dancing is an excellent way of keeping fit, exercising both mind and body with like-minded people. If you would like to take some gentle exercise and enjoy dancing in a group, why not come along to one of our sessions.
Dancing in a circle is an ancient tradition common to many cultures for marking special occasions, strengthening community and encouraging togetherness. Modern circle dance draws on the rich and diverse traditional dances of many countries, including the Balkans, Greece, Israel, Russia, and France. There are links on this page to some different types of dances to give you some idea of what we do but the best thing is to come along and try it.
