Adrian Dean, What the French media are saying

We have changed the group's format for 2024 to appeal to a wider range of u3a members and will continue to review it to keep it fresh. At each conversation we will include useful phrases and vocabulary for your French trips. There are many potential situations so during the year we will be covering the ones you are most likely to encounter. This will be useful even if you only have a smattering of French because we will also practise pronunciation.

We will, of course, continue with French culture, gastronomy, wine, places to visit and all things French during our conversations. Text in both French and English is provided on the lounge screen when we do presentations.

As always, we are delighted to receive contributions from u3a members and some have already contributed but we need more. If you would like to contribute, please contact Adrian so it may be included in our programme.
