We meet at 9.45am for a 10am start on the 2nd Tuesday of the month. The idea is a to look at the seasonal delights of nature. June Although a wet wet June morning the Nature Group had an enjoyable morning at our amazing Abington Park, learning about its history and flora & fauna as we walked around. The Mulberry tree in the rest of our group photo came from a cutting of its parent growing in Shakespeare’s garden in Stratford Upon Avon. Many thanks to Jenny Gaskill for leading us through the Park’s long history from the Domesday book 1068 to date.
