Ukulele Absolute Beginner
Absolute Beginners Ukulele group will take place on Tuesdays, 12:30 to 13:30 in the St Lawrence Church Hall, Chipping Sodbury High Street. Cost will be £3 per session.
All meetings take place on Tuesdays, same time and place, thereafter, through to the end of November.
The first meeting takes place on Tuesday 5th of September, offering information to help you chose which type and size of ukulele is best for you, the individual, along with quality recommended sources.
The group is for those who want to learn to play a musical instrument in a fun setting, but haven’t started yet. The aim of the meetings is to confidently be able to play the 10 most commonly occurring ukulele chords and change between them in time with the music.
All music will be provided. Bringing a small note pad and pen to the first meeting would be useful.
Some ukuleles will be available to try at the first meeting.
This group cannot accommodate Banjos, or Bass ukuleles
