Earth Sciences and Geology
All face to face meetings are currently suspended following Covid-19 restrictions
Online meetings for June, July and August have been scheduled, see below
We have started up an on-line version of our monthly meetings. We hold these at 3pm on the first or second Tuesday each month, with on-line calls opening 15 minutes earlier for people to join.
Come and learn about nature, climate, geology and the evolution of creatures and plants. We begin each meeting as before, discussing topical news items in Earth Science. Then a member of the group will lead the main theme. No prior knowledge assumed, open to all U3A members.
