Annual General Meeting 2024
To be held at Chipping Sodbury Town Hall, Friday 19th of April 2024 2pm
All relevant documentation including last year’s minutes and the proposed new constitution will be posted on this AGM page. The currently available documents are:
1. Notice of 2024 AGM
2. Agenda AGM 2024
3. U3A Yate & Sodbury U3A District Constitution v2.2 is the latest constitution to be voted on, changes are visible within the document.
4. u3a AGM 2023 draft minutes
The Chair’s Annual Report will be available to view on our website from 17th April.
Treasurer’s Annual Financial Report will be available to view on our website from 17th April
Voting for the new Executive Committee members and for the adoption of the new Yate & Sodbury District Constitution can be done by voting;
a. at the AGM meeting, or
b. using the online voting form if not attending the AGM meeting, or
c. via Postal Vote using the paper poll if no email has been registered.
To vote you will need your membership number.
Online voting will close on Thursday 18th of April.
The results of the voting will be announced at the meeting and posted on our website.
The AGM will be followed with a talk by David Boag on Nature’s Marvels.
