How to Join
Our membership year runs from 1st May until 30 April each year and the annual fee is £8.00 per person. You can join using your credit/debit card or PayPal with this online membership form. Please make sure you tick the box for Gift Aid if you are a taxpayer, this money is an important source of income for us and is no cost to you. Detailed step by step online form help is available.

Please note that if your application is received in March or April your membership will extend until the end of the following membership year.

On joining our u3a you will receive your Yate & Sodbury u3a membership number. We do not issue membership cards - all you need to do when you attend meetings or events is to give your name or membership number to the organiser.

Your details will be stored electronically, please refer to our privacy policy.

Once you have received your membership number you can join in all our activities, and potentially fill your day up with all things u3a!

Please remember to contact the Group Leader before you attend a group for the first time, to check that the session is taking place on the planned date and time, the venue is correct, about any transport clarifications, and the potential cost.

Our monthly meeting is open to ALL members, you just turn up, have a drink, a chat and, hopefully learn something of interest.
