Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi set 1&2
This group practices Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi. A set of 18 movements which will help with posture, balance and breathing techniques. They are performed standing, but can also be beneficial if you need to be seated. This is suitable for all ages.
There are 2 groups running at 1300, and 1400, twice monthly on Mondays in the Masonic Hall, Chipping Sodbury, 3 Hatters Lane BS37 6AA.
Wear comfortable loose clothing, soft shoes, trainers or socks.
