The MOTO group is for members who are on their own for whatever reason and want to meet up and plan a variety of social and other activities.
The group operates differently to our usual groups and it’s for the members to decide when and where they wish to visit, possibly using a WhatsApp group.
This allows flexibility to plan something spontaneously e.g. on a lovely day you may decide to go to the coast using your bus pass, or you would like to go to an event in the Hydro but don’t have anyone to go with, or meet up for a coffee and a chat in your home or maybe you fancy a pub Sunday lunch. The possibilities are endless, just what takes your fancy. You can get together in small or larger groups.
All events are for members to get to know each other and make new friends, whilst having fun!
If you are on your own, it’s good to know that you can go out whenever and wherever you wish with others who are also on their own.
This group is open to ALL members, but particularly those who are on their own - for whatever reason .
