Welcome Logo East Renfrewshire u3a is a charity that was launched in 2008 and now has 590 members. Membership is open to people living in East Renfrewshire and the surrounding area, who are no longer in full time work and who wish to share in social, creative, active or learning activities in a friendly and informal environment as well as making new friends.

The u3a was started in the UK in 1982. It is an organisation made up of independent local associations run on a voluntary basis by their members, which are affiliated to the Third Age Trust. You can access their website by clicking on the u3a logo above.

East Renfrewshire u3a is all about taking part in activities, which is reflected in the u3a motto - 'learn, laugh, live'. Our u3a has:
