Yoga
is an ancient form of exercise which originated in India about 5,000 years ago. It focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing through yoga postures and movements to boost physical and mental well-being.
The leader is a trained and experienced yoga teacher. All the activities are undertaken at the member's own risk.
You will need a yoga mat or a large towel, a blanket and a long scarf and should wear comfortable loose fitting clothing and trainer type shoes.
The cost per meeting is £4.
