Book Club 1
This is a purely FICTIONAL book club and we have meetings on the 1st Thursday of the month from 2-4 pm.
Here are the details on how it works: Meetings take place at each other’s houses in turn or at the leader's house if this is not convenient. Each member takes it in turn to choose a book that ALL members read and at the next meeting everyone reviews what they thought of the book and gives it a mark out of 10 which is recorded in a book journal. It can be a modern, old or new book or a favourite author of each members choice.
It makes a change to read books that are out of your normal range and can provide an introduction to good books that would not otherwise have been chosen.
