IMPORTANT CORONA VIRUS UPDATE
Based on Advice from the Government and the Third Age Trust, All normal Meetings and Group Activities have been cancelled until further notice.
Whilst our Meetings and Activities are curtailed we can 'stay in touch' by reading and contributing to a new ad-hoc magazine called “KEEPING IN TOUCH”. See further details on the CONTACT website page by clicking on the CONTACT button above.
Some groups have adapted their normal meetings and activities to cope with the Corona virus.

A number of our groups have started using the computer application "Zoom" to hold virtual meetings and your Committee has now decided to try Zoom for virtual monthly meetings.
In September and October 2020 the committee are arranging 2 virtual Main Meetings using Zoom software to try out the technology and assess demand. In November a virtual AGM will be held using Zoom. The links to access the Zoom main meetings and AGM will be emailed out to members closer to the meeting dates. Details of the zoom meetings are given in the usual event table below

Before Corona Virus, General Monthly Meetings were held on the second Thursday of each month between 2.00pm and 3.30pm at :-
The Salvation Army Citadel,
Each monthly meeting at the Citadel usually includes a presentation from an invited speaker. The meeting also gives members the chance to network, meet the committee members and group representatives and also to book group events and study days. Refreshments are provided. Potential new members are welcome to attend two meetings prior to joining.
