French Conversation
This Group is aimed at improvers in spoken French and is held on the third Monday of each month in various members houses.
FRENCH GROUPS
There used to be 3 distinct French groups, Beginners, Improvers and Conversation but now we only have two. This is because the Improvers have improved so much that they have now joined with the French Conversation group.
French Conversation meets the 3rd Monday in the month at 14:30. We meet in each other’s homes, taking it in turns to host. In April we had an enjoyable icebreaking activity for half the session, “Find somebody who” which caused a lot of chatter in French. The second half included individual prepared pieces on the chosen topic of Food in general or an aspect of French cuisine.
If there is anybody who is not a Beginner but would like to improve their French, the Improvers group could reappear.
