Walking Rugby

As from Friday 27 October the newly formed Walking Rugby group is taking place indoors at Plymstock School, Church Road, Plymstock PL9 9AZ- Sports Hall 1 at 19:00 for 1 hour. No rain, wind or slippery ground to contend with.

If you fancy joining us you will be most welcome. Even if you haven't played before, it's worth a try! Good gentle exercise and social interaction. Everyone is welcome, including ladies.

First visit will be free, subsequent weeks £3 a session.
