The meditation group are still going strong. Meeting every week either in St Mary Margaret Church Hall or at a members house. Doing mainly guided meditation, although last week we did do transcendental meditation at the church hall.
Unfortunately the group is full with 12 loyal members and no one has left us recently. Anyone interested can contact me and go on a waiting list.
