We meet at Fort Stamford on the third Tuesday of the month at 10:30 until 12:00. We each pay £2 and usually buy a cup of coffee or tea. We take it in turns to choose a book and lead a discussion on it. This works well as it introduces us to new authors.
We take it in turns to choose a book and lead a discussion on it. It’s amazing how one topic leads to another and we end up talking about all sorts of things! As everyone chooses a book we get a varied selection - Autobiography, Detective, Travel, Historic etc.
New members are still welcome . We meet on the 3rd Tuesday of the month at 10:30 at Fort Stamford. The books for the next five months are:
