Social Psychology
The Social Psychology Group meets on the second Tuesday of the month from 10-30 until 11-30. We each take turns to research and prepare material for the group to pre-read and then that person will lead the discussion on the topic. We use material from a Master list of Social Psychology topics, DVDs, TV programmes, articles and TED talks.
3 of the members offer their homes for our meetings so we agree where we will meet at the next meeting at the previous meeting. Whoever is the host provides coffee, tea and cheese scones. There is no need for any payment or costs, we are all happy to absorb these costs and I make the cheese scones.
We offer a hybrid meeting with some of us meeting face to face and others preferring to join via Zoom. We meet in some of the group members’ homes or gardens and so the group size is limited to a max of 10 – we currently have 8 in the group.
