Memory Recall
During the year, our group has covered a multifarious number of different perspectives regarding memory retention. Such topics have been: listening skills, learning and development, ‘messages’ received as a child, mnemonics and mind mapping. The purpose of these topics is to relieve any anxieties that might occur if one cannot instantly remember facts, figures names and/or places, or indeed anything that has been asked by our grandchildren, friends or relatives.
Our group work cohesively on puzzles, The Times newspaper ‘word watching’ and numerous other quizzes, some of which have been developed by members of the group.
The future programme will include transactional analysis, meditation to recall, quizzes, retention techniques. Specific requests made by individuals will also be covered.
Quite simply it is, recalling that which we have already learnt but is ‘hidden’ (somewhere) in the depths of our memory!!!
We meet on the second Tuesday in the month 2-00 to 4.00p.m. At the Littlebury Hotel, Bicester
