Bicester U3A meets on the fourth Thursday of each month at the Clifton Centre in Ashdene Road, Bicester, OX26 2BH. The hall is situated at the rear of the KEA club on the corner of Ashdene Road and Kingsclere Road. Parking is available and the local no. 21 bus from town stops outside. The meeting starts at 2.15 pm and ends at 4 pm. Usually a speaker gives a talk on a topic of general interest and this is followed by tea and biscuits to allow members to chat together.
From time to time we invite New Members to a Coffee Morning to welcome them to Bicester U3A. The latest one was held on July 26th 2019. Click on the link on the right for a full report.
Our Annual General Meeting took place on Thursday 24th January 2019 with approximately 140 members attending. The AGM itself was followed by a demonstration of hand Bell Ringing by "Joan Harris and the Launton Hand Bell Ringers". Tea and cakes followed.
