Gentle Exercise
A friendly class aimed at anyone just wanting to do some gentle stretches and balance exercises either seated or standing, nothing too taxing and certainly not on the floor. Working to your own capabilities with directions in the company of others.
We will start with a half hour's exercise, until we get used to it and then have a cuppa afterwards. You just need to come along wearing loose clothing and willingness to have a go.
Meetings are every Monday at St Edburg's Church Hall from 10:30 am to 11:30 am.
There will be a small charge to cover the cost of the hall.
