Qi Gong (Chi Gong) is a gentle system of co-ordinated body posture, breathing and movement. It helps to create strength and flexibility and is good for balance.
The group recently started at Chesterton Community Hall and will meet weekly on Thursday afternoons. One of our members is a qualified teacher of this discipline.
