Notes for those interested in joining this group#
1. Anyone who wants to "try out" Washington Village u3a can attend one monthly meeting and one interest group meeting before deciding whether to join us. Annual membership costs £15. More information about membership is on our Welcome page. Please note that there is a fee to attend some group sessions.
2. Regardless of whether you are a current or prospective Washington Village u3a member: BEFORE attending this group please contact the "Group Leader" (click on the envelope to send a message) to ensure that there is space.

We read 1 book per month and then come together to discuss it. We try to have a good variety to cover everyone's tastes (all suggestions welcome). New members are also welcome to join us. Books are normally supplied on loan by Sunderland Library.
Please note that the maximum number of members we can have in this group is 12 (as recommended by the Library).
