Posted 04/0/23. Craft Group at Our Blessed Lady Immaculate Church, Washington Village
One of the founding members of our u3a, Chris O’Neill, runs a craft group in the Emmaus room at Our Blessed Immaculate Lady Church, Village Lane, Washington.
This is on Tuesdays from 9.00 to 11.30am during school term time.
It primarily operates to support the Manzini Youth Care charity (in Eswatini).
A number of our u3a members are involved, but it is not one of our u3a groups as it is not restricted to our membership.
However Chris is happy for anyone who is interested to join them at their weekly sessions.

The Sculpture Trail, which runs along the final part of the C2C (Coast to Coast) cycle route was created over a decade from 1991 to 2001 by sculptor Colin Wilbourn and writer Chaz Brenchley.
One of our u3a members, Dorothy Stewart, has written a guide to the trail which can be accessed from the link on the right: Sculpture Trail Booklet
