Short Tennis
The group meets on a Monday morning at 11.00 am and plays for one hour.
The game is a gentle form of fun exercise for all levels of ability. Coaching is available from group members.
The venue is the The Northumberland Club, North Jesmond Avenue, Jesmond, Newcastle, NE2 3JU
We are able to pay and play without becoming Members of the Northumberland Club at £5 per visit. Racquets are available to hire. Most members eventually buy their own. It’s important to wear white soled shoes as black soles mark the playing surface. Dress is comfortable and casual.
Afterwards, you can join us in the club’s café for some social time. Come along, get some exercise and have fun.
