Purpose of the group:To explore all things Italian e.g. places, food, language, music, art
When we meet: During this period of Lock-down there is a small weekly magazine about aspects of Italian Culture. Recent topics - Siracusa - Jewel in Sicily's Crown; Giorgio Vasari: Painter, Architect and Art Historian; the Minor Basilica of San Clemente, Rome; Alessandro Manzoni - inventor of modern Italian Literature(?); Verona - Cotolette al Moscato - The "Arandora Star" - Christopher Columbus
Registering and subs: £1 each meeting which includes tea, coffee and biscuits

The magazine is "The Italian Culture Newsletter" - our "news" is not current, nor is it "Fake".
