Yoga-all levels of experience
We meet three times a month on Friday mornings at 8.30am, 10am and 11.30am and all levels of experience are welcome. Each session is followed by an optional quick chat and a coffee together.
The sessions are led by a student British Wheel of Yoga teacher - qualified to teach but still learning.
We bring our own mats and make use of the wall, chairs and floor in order to make the yoga accessible to anyone.
We do a variety of warm up exercises and poses, breathing and relaxation exercises - many of which you can practice at home, when it would benefit you to do so.
