Cost: £3.50 per session to cover the cost of the instructor, plus room hire.

Keep-fit instructor: Julie Graham
Our instructor, Julie, has been teaching keep-fit for 30 years. The class she offers is specifically geared to the age group and ability of U3A members and is proving very popular. If you have never been then give her a try.
Let Julie introduce herself:
"I specialise in over 50s and work on the whole body from head to foot. I try to work on both the body and mind as I believe it is necessary to keep the over 59s in the best health and shape they can be. We improve the body making it more supple. Stretching is of great importance in keeping the body strong and healthy. I hope you will come and join me in making our bodies act for us for a long time to come. Let's have some fun and keep-fit together."
Wear loose clothing e.g. tracksuit and bring a bottle of water and a mat.#
