If you would like to improve your skill as a photographer our group offers an excellent starting point.
The usual format of our meeting is that we each introduce our own photos from a memory stick, projected onto the screen. The work is based on a theme agreed at the previous meeting. Members will comment on the quality of their images, in terms of focus, lighting and other techniques, and constructive criticism is encouraged.
The format of our meetings presents opportunities for the less experienced members to learn from those with more expertise. A theme for the following month will hopefully emerge from the ensuing discussion.
We are encouraged by the general membership to show a selection of our work at the AGM.
