Psychology is defined as 'the scientific study of mind and behaviour'. This broad definition means that almost any area of human functioning and behaviour could be looked at!

Sessions are run on an interactive basis seeking to blend participants' personal experiences with some psychological theories.

Around 20 members attend the sessions and enrich them with their insights, questions and humour.

In 2019 we looked at Time Psychology, Mindfulness, Transactional Analysis over 2 sessions, the Free Will-Determinism Debate, Music Psychology, Criminal Psychology, Social Change and Depression.

In January 2020 we explored Erik Erikson's Eight Stages of Psychosocial Development and will go on to tackle LGBTI+ terminology and the Psychology of Decision Making.

Then we'll see where we go from there. Suggestions for topics are always welcome!
