Keep Fit `move it or lose it`
An enjoyable weekly exercise class aimed at improving and maintaining posture, balance, strength and flexibility. It offers a wide variety of exercises, (many chair-based), use of weights and resistance bands and low impact aerobics.
Classes are every Monday (except bank holidays and the month of August), at Allhallowgate Methodist Church Hall, 10.30-11.30, £2 per session.
