The fee is still £15 for Single Member, £25 for Joint Members
and annual Membership runs from 1st April to 31st March.

As a concession, these fees are reduced for new people joining after 1 September and before 31st December, to £10 (single) and £20 (joint). However, the standard fee will be due on the 1st April of the following year.

New people joining for the first time between January 1st and March 31st will pay £15 and £25 respectively but their membership will not run out until the 31st March of the following year so they will get up to 15 months for the cost of 12.

Members of other U3A Branches where Ripon isn’t their home town can join as Associate Members but you will have to provide up to date membership details as these will be checked before allowing you the reduced fee of: Single £10, Joint £20

The BEACON system for membership is now up and running. It is now possible to renew your membership on line using the portal link on this page to the right hand side. You will need basic details such as your membership number and email address.

It is not possible to join using the portal so please download a form and complete it as per the instructions.

Non-members may attend only one Group session as a taster. After that they must apply to join the R&D U3A if they wish to keep attending any group.

Membership entitles participation in any of the many R&D U3A Groups, although some of these may involve small payments for materials, room hire, refreshments etc.
