GROUPS

The main activity of our u3a takes place within the forums of our Interest Groups which vary in both type and size.

The subjects covered and the frequency of these meetings are determined by the group members. Currently groups meet mainly fortnightly or monthly. The larger groups hold their meetings in a rented Church Hall with the smaller groups meeting in a member's home.

Group Coordinators
Each Interest Group is headed by a Group Coordinator who has an interest or expertise in the group's chosen subject. The coordinator is responsible for facilitating the activities of the group.

New Groups
These are formed when a need or interest is identified by members. So if you have an idea for a new group please contact the Groups Secretary, Veronica Richards with your suggestions and she will help to promote your idea.
If an interest group is full then please contact the Group Coordinator (click on the CONTACT tab at the top of the group page) and they will promote your idea and do their best to help you get a second group up and running.

SINGING FOR PLEASURE
There are several members who are interested in Singing For Pleasure. If you would like to join or even lead this group please contact Veronica Richards the Groups Secretary.

SEWING AND QUILTING
