The Bridge Club meets each month on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday afternoons. We try to start playing by 2 pm and continue to 4 pm.

The H & E u3a Bridge Club played bridge for a few months post-Pandemic at St Faith & St Laurence Church Hall. In Summer 2022 we moved to Quinborne Community Centre where we have been very happy. The staff are friendly and helpful and set up the tables and chairs for us. We can order tea or coffee which is brought to our room mid-session.

Recently we bought 5 card tables, as well as some boards from another bridge club which was no longer running. We store these tables at Quinborne and hopefully we will be able to store our equipment at Quinborne Centre in the not-too-distant future.

We are a small, friendly and sociable group; about 12 to 20 in number and members are varied in ability and experience. Unfortunately we are not in a position to run “teach and play” sessions. Newcomers who can play already will be most welcome.

Harborne and Edgbaston u3a members come for free. Members of other u3as and visitors pay £1 per session.
