Documents For Group Operation
This page contains information and documents for Group Leaders to use in running their groups. They should be used to complement the advice and instruction given by your Group Mentor. Some of these are forms that need to be filled in and two versions are provided: a PDF for filling in by hand and a DOCX file that can be used for electronic completion. Be warned though, that DOCX files may display differently depending on your software tool. You should download them into your word processor (Word, Pages etc.). If you open them using your browser preview mode, they will be incorrectly formatted, the font may be different and tables will be either changed or absent. The following documents were for use during the recent COVID-19 pandemic. For some of them, it was a legal requirement that you read, understand and fill them in. Now that the restrictions are over and group meetings have resumed, you do not need to use them. They have been left here in the event that a Covid emergency returns and the restrictions are re-imposed. If this happens, help will be available via Rosemary Jensen, the Groups Coordinator.
