Waltham Forest

Needlework

This group has been in existence for quite a few years and we've covered many types of needlework: Bargello; patchwork; crazy patchwork; plastic canvas; cross stitch; blackwork; and stitched cards. In the past we have pursued many joint projects, including a child's quilt which we auctioned for charity. Sometimes we just concentrate on our individual interests and chat as we work.

If you enjoy any sort of needlework you will enjoy this group. We have all both shared our expertise and learnt about new techniques together.

If a particular project is finished or not of interest, everyone is free to follow their own ideas.
