The Science Group covers all aspects of Science from Orchids to Particle Physics, from the Cosmos to Vitamin D. Most speakers come from our own members but each year we have a couple of outside speakers as well. Some meetings give an opportunity for discussion where you can have your say. There are outings to places of scientific interest ranging from Museums to Nature Reserves. You do not need a qualification in Science, just an interest in the subject. Everyone is welcome.
There will be a charge of £1 per meeting ongoing to cover external speakers and refreshments.
