This is a new group that does mindfulness meditation and qigong, which is a traditional Chinese system of coordinated body posture, slow-flowing movement, deep rhythmic breathing and a calm meditative state of mind used for health and spirituality. It is viewed throughout Asia as a practice to cultivate balance - Qi (pronounced 'chi' which translates as 'life energy.') These two practices go well together and lead to a calmer and more relaxed mind and body."
